Company Policy


Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

1. We will accept items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. For customer credit, returns must be packaged properly for shipping and must arrive at eRentalLock in the original product packaging with all parts included, not damaged in any way. Items that have been installed, modified or damaged by customer or during shipment due to improper packaging may only be returned at eRentalLock's discretion and only in the event of extenuating circumstances. In these cases, a minimum restocking fee of 40% will be applied. All non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee may also be applied on all exchanges determined by eRentalLock.

3. No refund allowed after the 30 days, only repair is acceptable from the date of purchase.

4. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges and any related cost are not refundable.

5. We are not responsible for any shipping charges and related cost for merchandise being shipped to us for return, exchange, or repair. We will not cover shipping expenses outside of the continental US and Canada.

6. We will charge reshipping fee, If it is not defective one.

7. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not our responsibility, but rather the carrier's. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier.

8. The eRL products have one year warranty for the electronic parts.

9. We will charge nonrefundable US$69 owner transfer fee for each lock, if the eRL system is transfered to a new owner.

 

Return Procedure

E-mail us at info@erentallock.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, and in it describe briefly the reasons of your return. You must receive a RMA# before you return the products to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the box. Merchandise without a RMA# will be refused. The RMA# is valid for (10) days from date of issuance.
